Ballet Level 2

Ballet Level 2  |  Grades 2-4

My goal is to build on the foundation of ballet laid in the Level 1 class using Christian and classical music. The girls will continue to lean new arm and feet positions, turns and jumps, posture, creative movement, and work to build a strong core balance. They will also have the opportunity to learn two dances each semester, which they will perform during recital at the end of the semester.

As I teach my students, I want to show them something even more beautiful than steps—their heart. A young girl’s heart is so precious. My desire is to show my students how to use their heart to worship God through dance. Every heart is special to God, no matter how big or how small.

This class, while divided into semesters, is intended to be for a full year so the girls are able to continue building on what they have learned during the fall semester. No new students will be accepted during the spring semester.

Noe.200Hello, my name is Miss Esther. I’m a junior in college and currently working towards getting a bachelor’s degree in Humanities. In my spare time I enjoy playing with my seven brothers and sisters and spending time with my friends. Some of my other hobbies include crafts, baking, music, and writing novels, short stories, and poems.

When I was five, my mom enrolled me in my first dance class at a Christian dance studio. I loved it so much that I continued dance classes for nine years. As I grew older, I assisted in some dance classes for young girls. In 2014, I started my own dance class for the girls at my church. Then two years ago I began teaching dance at TCHA. I have a heart devoted to the Lord and love to dance for Him.

TCHA has enlisted the services of Active Network for our online registration. If you have run any charitable marathons you are probably familiar with Active Network. They have expanded beyond marathon registration to camps and classes, which is the specific service we use.

When you click any type of “register” button on the TCHA website, you will be redirected to our page within the Active Network. Here will find a list of our current classes.  Use the filters in the left column to find a specific type of class, grade level, what time a class meets or a particular tutor. You can register one child or multiple children in multiple classes; either way, you will have one convenient and secure check out process with options to pay in full or make a partial payment.
